Culture bridges: British Council programme in Ukraine - call for grant applications

MP

From the organisers:

Culture Bridges is a new programme that supports the development of the cultural sector in Ukraine and enables it to engage more effectively with cultural organisations and operators in the EU. Culture Bridges is funded by the European Union under the EU’s support to the implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine; and is managed by the British Council in partnership with the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) network in Ukraine.

The programme funds a range of activities including international mobility, national and international cultural cooperation projects, as well as training sessions and study visits to the EU member states. Over 100 grants are planned to be awarded over the next three years. Other opportunities to be announced later include joint arts and culture projects developed by EUNIC, and support to Creative Europe applicants from Ukraine and the EU.

The first call for grant applications is now open to funding mobility and cooperation projects taking place after 1 April 2018. Further calls for proposals under Culture Bridges will be made every three months in 2018 and 2019.

For enquiries about the application process and the first call please contact [email protected]. The British Council will not advise on the content of applications and cannot provide support with completing the application forms.
