Open call for entries: "Faces without masks" festival, Skopje, Macedonia

The International theatre festival "Faces without masks" 2017 announces an open call for participation in the competitive programme for the 10th edition of the festival, which will be held between 08-12 April, 2017 in Skopje, Macedonia.

The focus of this festival  is on promoting alternative, innovative and experimental theatre, created by young authors around the world. The aim is to present the best of theatre aesthetics in the world.

 “Faces without Masks” is the only competitive festival in Macedonia. It  is organized by an independent professional theatre production from Skopje, i.e the independent “Theatre 007”, which over the past ten years has established itself as an important part of the theatre life in Macedonia.

In addition, the festival will organize a workshop held by professional theatre workers. Every theater group should propose their own mentor and send short info or concept for the workshops which will take place within the festival programme.

The theatre workshop is intended for all participants of the festival. There will be only one workshop which will be held the day after the performance of every theatre group. The purpose of these workshops is to exchange the participants' experiences and knowledge of theatre.
